Measure M Citizens' Oversight Committee
About Measure M
Measure M, passed by district voters in 2006, provided bond money for upgrading existing Spring Grove School facilities, as well
as for new construction to help the district with its growing student population. The district was able to make many improvements: we added new classrooms, upgraded existing classrooms, added an indoor eating area/multipurpose room, and renovated our athletic fields.
Measure M required the district to form a Citizen’s Oversight Committee to review all Measure M-related projects and complete
yearly audits to ensure accountability to taxpayers. Spring Grove’s audit reports, included in the packets below, show 100% compliance with the requirements of Measure M. As of 6/30/2010, all bond funds have been spent.
Thank you to all the voters who supported Measure M, making possible the many facility improvements that have taken place at Spring Grove School in the past few years!
