General Registration Information
Transitional Kindergarten (TK) is offered to students who will turn 5 years old betweenSeptember 2nd and December 2nd. Students enrolled in TK will participate in a 2 year kindergarten program at Spring Grove School. TK is taught by a credentialed teacher and follows the kindergarten schedule. Please contact Mrs. Bernosky (ext. 111) for further questions.
Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten registration
will open for the Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten programs in February so that administration can begin to plan enrollment for the coming year. The Pre-Kindergarten registration includes a letter with the enrollment process and the tuition fees. The fees for the Pre-Kindergarten program have been and will continue to be $425 per month. For parents to hold a spot for their child, they will need to provide a nonrefundable $100 registration fee. The first month’s registration fee is due by June 1st. Kindergarten registration also has a registration packet which includes proof of residency. Parents take the forms at the time of registration and return the forms as soon as possible.
Parents of incoming TK and Kindergarten students who live in the NCJUSD boundaries will be able to take an enrollment packet for registration. Parents of incoming TK and Kindergarten students who do not live in the NCJUSD boundaries will be able to put their child’s name on a waiting list and apply for an interdistrict transfer from their home district. Once the interdistricts have been approved by the district of residence and sent to NJCUSD, the superintendent will accept students based on space availability.
